"Teagasc has appointed Dr. John Colreavy as the Director of the Meat Technology Centre (MTC), a new Enterprise Ireland, industry-led initiative. The aim for the MTC is to build a strategic research and innovation base in beef and sheepmeat processing in Ireland.
